Her journey into the world of real estate began after spending fourteen successful years in the service industry, where she honed her excellent skills in customer service, marketing, and strategic planning. This background seamlessly translated into her role as a North Carolina Real Estate Broker and eventually getting her South Carolina license as she moved into the surrounding South Carolina markets.

My name is Kristina Marie Burdette also known to many as Nina. I'm a native of Greensboro, moved to Charlotte looking for growth and opportunity in 2013. The city's bustling service industry scene is what originally brought me to Charlotte, but the economic development and real estate boom is what kept me here for sure! Prior to becoming a North Carolina Real Estate Broker, I worked in the service industry for 14 years. My tenure in that industry afforded me experience in customer service, marketing and strategic planning which made my transition into real estate seamless.
